Up to 70% rutile
Our white masterbatches carry up to 70% chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide with an organic surface coating, so you get brilliant whiteness and full opacity at a lower let-down, without lacing or die-lip build-up on fast blown film lines.

FAQ
White masterbatch is a concentrate of titanium dioxide (TiO₂) in a carrier polymer, used to make plastics white and opaque. AdCol MB-W70-PE carries 70% chloride-process rutile TiO₂ with an organic surface coating in an LLDPE/LDPE carrier.
For MB-W70-PE: 1.5% – 3.5% in general packaging film, 4.0% – 7.0% in milk and liquid packaging that needs complete opacity, and 1.0% – 2.5% in injection-moulded caps, closures and crates. Thinner films and higher opacity targets sit at the top of each range.
Rutile titanium dioxide has a higher refractive index than the anatase form, so it gives more opacity and tinting strength per kilogram and weathers better outdoors. The chloride process used for MB-W70-PE gives a high-purity, bright white pigment.
Yes. It complies with US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and EU 10/2011, as well as RoHS (2011/65/EU) and REACH SVHC. Declarations are issued per grade on request.
