AdCol PolyPlast manufactures additives, compounds and masterbatches for plastics converters. The job is simple to describe and hard to do well: put the right pigment or additive into the right carrier, disperse it completely, and prove it in the lab before it ships.

From our works at Fortune 5, Sardarnagar West 1, Rajkot, we produce color, white, black and additive masterbatches and CaCO₃ filler compounds for blown film, pipe and drip irrigation, injection and blow moulding, and raffia converters.
Every grade is compounded on high-torque co-rotating twin-screw extrusion systems and checked in our laboratory for melt flow, dispersion and shade before release. Our technical data sheets publish the typical properties and test methods behind each grade, so procurement and production teams can evaluate us on facts.
Partner Gautam Patel works directly with customers on grade selection, line trials and supply, and our lab team handles shade matching and technical questions.
How We Work

Dispersion first
Undispersed pigment shows up as gels, specks, lacing and rising screen-pack pressure. We formulate and compound to eliminate it, and we measure it.
Documented, not promised
Typical values, test methods and tolerances are published on a one-page TDS for every standard grade, so you can compare like with like.
A fast lab loop
48-hour plaque extrusion and 5 – 25 kg trial lots keep decisions moving in days, not weeks.
Measured color
Shades are approved by spectrophotometer to Delta-E < 0.5, not by eye under whatever light the shop floor has.
