RoHS 2011/65/EU
Restriction of Hazardous Substances
Limits lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB and PBDE (plus four phthalates since Directive 2015/863) in electrical and electronic equipment.
REACH SVHC
EU Regulation (EC) 1907/2006
Substances of Very High Concern on the Candidate List must be communicated above 0.1% w/w in articles. Our standard grades are formulated to comply.
FDA 21 CFR 177.1520
Olefin polymers for food contact
The US FDA regulation covering polyolefins intended for food-contact use, referenced by our white, additive and filler grades.

Release agents
Covers fatty acid amides such as erucamide used as slip agents; referenced by MB-ADD-SAB.
EU 10/2011
Plastic materials in contact with food
The EU regulation for plastic food-contact materials and articles; referenced by MB-W70-PE.
IS 12786 / ISO 4427
PE irrigation & water pipes
Pipe standards that set carbon black content and dispersion; MB-BLK40-AG at 5.0% – 6.25% delivers ≥ 2.0% – 2.5% carbon black.
